New Residence - Princeton, NJ

 

This waterfront single family residence is located across from Carnegie Lake and the prestigious Princeton University. Our vision was to create a modern home with an open floor plan between the first floor living room and second floor hallway, producing beautiful spacious rooms with unrestricted views of the lake. The contemporary design concept floods this residence with natural light from the 3-story living room windows. The traditional stone veneer with a fresh look creates a subtle color combination of white, black, and brown perfectly complementing the lush surrounding environment.
